1. Cancellation Policy

For individual therapy sessions, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel appointments to avoid cancellation fees. Our cancellation fees, inclusive of GST, are as follows:

• 48+ hours notice: No Fee

• 24 – 48 hours notice: $100

• less than 24 hours notice: $150

• non-attendance on day: full fee
